Ham and Cheese Puffs
(This is a variation of a recipe taken from Taste of Home)
1 - 4oz package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (4 dinner rolls)
2 oz chopped honey ham (any variety)
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of Honey Mustard
1 tbsp chopped green onions

1 - 4oz package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (4 dinner rolls)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, combine ham, cheese, mustard & green onions.
Open package of crescent rolls and separate into two rectangles
Seal perforations on each rectangle.
Using a rolling pin or smooth glass lightly dusted with flour, roll dough rectangle out slightly.
Cut each rectangle into 4 squares.
Place squares into greased mini muffin pan cups and press down in the center.
Fill each square with approximately 1 tsp. of the ham and cheese mixture.
Fold over the 4 corners to form a flower-like shape.
Bake on middle rack for approximately 11 - 13 minutes or until browned to your satisfaction.
(Watch carefully to ensure that the bottoms do not burn.)
*This recipe makes 8 puffs.

*Also, if you don't like ham, you can add your own ingredients such as chopped chicken, ground beef, barbecued pork, crab meat, chopped veggies OR turn it into a dessert puff by adding chopped nuts, brown sugar or chopped apples or peaches.
