CHICKEN BROCCOLI CRESCENT RING

Hi All!

Those of you who are familiar with Pampered Chef should recognize this dish.  If you're not familiar with Pampered Chef or if you haven't had the opportunity to taste a "Crescent Ring," you're in for a treat.  What I have prepared for you today is a Chicken Broccoli Crescent Ring.

When you look at the photo of the finished dish, you might think that it looks way too complicated but I assure you that it's not or else I wouldn't be making it:-)  The great thing about this dish is that you can customize it to your liking.  I've made the taco version of this ring but this is by far my favorite version.

Ingredients:
2-8 oz tubes of refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 1/2 cups of cooked chicken (3 boneless chicken breasts)
3/4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
2 broccoli crowns

Directions:
1.  Boil or pan sear the chicken until cooked completely.  Cut into small bite size pieces.

2.  Cut up the broccoli crowns into small pieces and boil until tender.

3.  In a small bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, mayonnaise and cranberries.

4.  Grease a 12-in. pizza pan or stone. Unroll crescent dough.  Place wide end of one triangle, 3 in. from edge of prepared pan, with point overhanging edge of pan. Repeat with remaining triangles, overlapping the wide ends (dough will look like a sun when complete). Lightly press wide ends together.

5.  Spoon filling over wide ends of dough; fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under.

6.  Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
